Founded by Gavin Dein in 2001, Reward began in the UK’s football scene with a vision to reward fan loyalty and unlock customer lifetime value. This ambition led to the pioneering of Card-Linked Offers – a transformative technology embraced by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

In 2015, we launched reward programmes for the UK’s leading banks, powering award winning propositions that transformed banking customer experiences.

Today, Reward is global leader in Customer Engagement. As businesses strive to better understand and influence customer behaviour, we are at the forefront of the fast-growing Commerce Media space. Our consumer insights help retail brands enhance omnichannel experiences, boost sales and build customer loyalty, while driving lasting loyalty for financial institutions.
